The Annual Janney Winter Market

Mark your calendars for a shopping and entertainment extravaganza for the whole Janney community!
Whether you are a vendor with a table at the market or not, come shop the community event and support Janney! We will have food for purchase and performances from the Janney band and chorus!

About the Winter Market

Current Janney students, Janney alums, and Janney parents purchase a table to use as vendor space at the Winter Market. This is an excellent opportunity for kids to experience handling money, making change, and earn some holiday cash by selling toys or books they’ve outgrown.  In prior years, students and parents have sold a large assortment of items including but not limited to crafts (soaps, crocheted stuffed animals, ornaments, pottery, jewelry), baked goods, hot chocolate, used toys, and Pokémon cards. You could even set up a hair braiding, face painting, or nail decal-ing station! We welcome your creativity and entrepreneurial spirit!

Become a Vendor

Tables will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and that all placement decisions will be at the discretion of the PTA. While preferences will be taken under consideration, volunteer organizers cannot accommodate all preferences.
Requests over and above the number of tables available will be added to a waitlist.
Half tables will not be sold this year. Vendors can of course team-up to purchase and share a full table.
There is limited access to electricity. Access to electricity is an additional fee and must be requested with the table. Information regarding space, set-up/breakdown instructions and more will be supplied prior to the event.
Vendors can begin set up starting at 9:30am on 12/6. After the market closes, all vendors will need to exit by 12:30. This helps the PTA not overpay for facility charges. Thank you in advance for your support and cooperation!
Parent/guardians are solely responsible for supervising minors in their care during the Winter Market. Janney is not providing child care during the event, and Winter Market volunteers, organizers, and staff will not be responsible for supervising minors and will not be responsible in any way for the loss or theft of any personal possessions.
