Lunch Clubs

The lunchtime club program offers enrichment opportunities to Janney students  that both enhance and expand what is taught in the classroom and what is offered after school. Clubs meet once a week. 4th and 5th Grade Students collect their lunch and eat together before starting on the activity of the day. Some clubs meet during recess time or cafeteria time only.

Many of these clubs allow students to play a role supporting the Janney community, and they clearly relish the responsibility that this entails while also having fun.

Clubs are run on a VOLUNTEER basis by teachers, parents and community members, and provide a unique opportunity for club leaders to share a passion or an interest with students in an informal setting.
