Celebrate with us! Explore this site for news, updates, and events for Janney Elementary’s 100th Anniversary.
Our Centennial Committee— working alongside Janney faculty, the PTA, and community members—is honoring this milestone by implementing 100 repairs and beautification projects to refresh the school for the next century. We are also commemorating the first 100 years through artwork, mementos, and by welcoming alumni and neighbors to reconnect with the school, witness its progress, and help shape its future.
Families and classes left a lasting impression on Janney by decorating a tile for our mosaic installation.
The collaborative artwork of students and community members is now a permanent mosaic in the school’s atrium, a place where generations of students, teachers, and visitors will pass by every day.

Support Janney
Aimed at enhancing the physical infrastructure of the school and enriching the experiences of our students, the Centennial Committee and PTA are asking for donations from the community to fund our 100 Projects, an effort to make 100 improvements to carry Janney into its second century.
