Registration Policy

Registrations are accepted on a first come-first served basis. All classes are subject to minimum and maximum enrollment and early registration is strongly encouraged.

Once a class is filled to capacity, registrants will be placed on a waitlist.  If a space becomes available, registrants will be notified by email and have 2 days to respond and pay for their space in the class. Students should confirm their desire to enroll in the class. If no response is received, the space in the class will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.

Late registrations are accepted on a space available basis and with the permission of the instructor.  Prices may be pro-rated depending on the policies of the particular instructor.  For additional information, please contact JanneyEnrichment@gmail.com. Payment for late registration is due at the time of registration.

Payment Policy
Payment in full is due for all classes on the first day of the session.  Students not paid at the close of the first week of the session, will not be allowed to attend additional classes and the Enrichment Program reserves the right to offer their space to a person on the waitlist.  Students with outstanding balances at the end of a session will not be permitted to sign-up for additional classes in any session until their balance has been settled.

Payment in full is due the week prior to the start of each session. Please write your child/ren’s name and classes attending on your check

Refund and Cancellation Policy
The Janney Enrichment Program reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment at our discretion. In the event of cancellation, Janney Enrichment Program will notify families in advance and refund the entire course fee.
There is a $20 fee for all returned checks.  Registration is not complete until payment is received in full.

Refunds will be given for registrations canceled prior to the second class of the program, minus a $25 cancellation charge. There are no refunds for cancellations after the second class of the program. In the case of very special circumstances, refunds may be granted, pro-rated for the lessons already taken, and only if the vendor agrees to a full or partial refund. There are no refunds or make-ups for missed classes. If school is cancelled due to weather or other events, best efforts will be made to reschedule classes, but rescheduling may not always be possible.

Pick-up/Sign-out Procedures
All Students must be signed out on the attendance form provided in the ATRIUM by a responsible party before leaving the building.  If a person other than a parent or regular care-giver will be taking the child after class, please inform the program by emailing Pippa Trench at JanneyEnrichment@gmail.com .  Students who walk home by themselves without an adult may only do so if a note from a Parent or Guardian has been provided.  Children who have not been collected within 15 minutes after the end of the class will automatically be signed into JAC.  When a child is signed into JAC from the Enrichment Program, parents or legal guardians agree to the JAC terms and conditions laid out in that program, regardless of whether the child is already registered in JAC or not, and may be required to complete JAC registration forms. Once a student is signed over to JAC, the Enrichment Program is no longer responsible for the care of that student.  Contact details for that child are accessible to JAC staff.  For more information about JAC, please see their website at http://janneyschool.org/extra-curriculars-care/ or contact the JAC Director at JanneyAC@gmail.com.

Behavioral Expectations

Students are expected to act in a manner appropriate for a school environment. Persistent behavioral issues will be addressed with parents and the school/Janney Enrichment Program, and could result in dismissal from the enrichment program session.  In such cases refunds will not be provided.
