Janney fields a girls and a boys basketball team each winter, starting in November, for students in 4th and 5th grade.  The teams practice twice a week and play against other DCPS schools.  Practices take place during lunch-time and after school.

Try-outs for  the 2012-2013 season will take place in late Fall.  For more information, check back here and watch out for more information in the weekly newsletters and Take Home Tuesdays.
